Arizona’s health services department director just returned from a field inspection for a dispensary applicant in Glendale AZ. The AHSD reports that they discovered no major deficiencies in their operational structure, as such they awarded the marijuana dispensary an “approval to operate” notification late yesterday afternoon, November 15, 2012. This Glendale Arizona approval for a marijuana dispensary represents a quantum leap forward for Arizona as this represents the first license issued in the State
