It’s early Monday morning and I’ve just gotten back from the Monterey Peninsula. It was a mad dash up Highway 1… in a weak and feeble attempt at escaping the 103° heat… of a sweltering Southern California weekend.
As summer ends, and fall approaches… October is just about here. And we all know what that means, it’s almost harvest time. Because of this fact – when I was faced with the weatherman’s forecast for this weekend (mid 100°) — heading up to Monterey, to check on several of my friends and take a few photos seemed like a sound idea.
Little did I know that I would stumble into a glass lovers Nirvana…
