As most forward thinking leaders understand, regulating marijuana for legal adults around the world could help make a public health approach to the “true” drug addiction problem a much more manageable issue. At least that was the message from many of the senior member’s of the global commission on drug policy, who congregated in N.Y.C. last June 2nd.
